March 5 2010 Daily Devotional-Bible in a Year

Numbers 4:1-49
There were specific duties and responsibilities that the Kohathite clan were to perform, very detailed. They had a choice to do it God’s way or their way. But doing it their way, or with wrong motives, could get the dead vs 20).
There were also assigned duties for the Gershonite and the Merarite clans. They could se their duties as burdensome or a privilege and honor. How do you see doing ministry? Is it a joy or a burden?

Numbers 5:1-31
All I can say is, strange. This is a hard passage. It sounds like magic potions, superstition, to me. This is a passage of Scripture I will ask Jesus about when in heaven.
