A Visit To Hell

With fear and trembling, I submit this account of a recent visitation to hell.  I will call it a dream, though I’m not sure if that’s the right terminology.  The message is poignant and biblical.  I will include passages at the end for reference.

I was talking to a young man about God, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  He rejected all that I was saying and expressed his view of being “good enough” to escape any kind of damnation the Bible talks about.

He died in an instant and I saw everything that followed.  I felt like a spectator at a sporting event.  I watched as he began to descend very quickly into darkness.  He was scared and confused beyond description.  He continued to descend, and quickly became hysterically frantic.

Remnant Travailing

The Lord says, "The remnant is travailing.  Don’t be weary in well doing; for in due season you shall reap, IF YOU FAINT NOT!    It is I who equips you with strength and makes your way perfect.  It is I that make your feet like the feet of deer and set you on your high places; whether it is on the mountain, at the battlefield or in a place of worship.  It is I who teaches your hands to war, so that even the mightiest foe is defeated.  So wait upon Me, and renew your strength.  You will surely mount up with the wings of eagles; you shall run and not be weary; you shall walk and not faint."

HAPPENSTANCE?

"I am NOT a God of happenstance, but precision!  Little children, be not deceived.  I will not be mocked.  Whatsoever you sow, you SHALL reap."  I have said, if you walk in the Spirit, you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.  You are heaping judgment on your own heads by your disobedience.  Repent, and turn to Me.  My grace is abundant toward the heart that is pure.

A Fasting Lifestyle

Isaiah 58:6  "Is not this the fast that I have chosen?  To loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?"

The word of the Lord came today with a fasting lifestyle as its theme.  He said,

"I am raising up My army.  Practice discipline and self-control EVERYDAY.  With every choice you make, keep Me as your focus.  You can walk in the authority of Jesus Christ with power; resurrection power.  KNOW your position!

Everyday fasting and prayer is one of the greatest weapons in your arsenal.  It conditions your body, soul and spirit to receive more of what I have for you.  It crucifies your flesh.  The more you do this, the closer you get to Me.  Join this with My armor, and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. You will WALK in a state of readiness.  The harvest is truly great, but the laborers are few.  Will you find the courage and boldness within to save, heal, reprove or cast out demons in Jesus’ name, without such preparation?

And while you are preparing, you must STEP OUT!  There will never be a time you feel fully equipped.  It is when you are most vulnerable before me that you are most available to Me!  I am raising up an army of ordinary people to do an extra-ordinary work!  Take heed!  I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves.  Be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

My eyes are upon you.  I am moving swiftly and precisely."

A Sunflower

"Bloom in holiness; bloom in righteousness.  The many seeds that drop will bear much fruit."

This is the word of the Lord that came forth this morning.  I had a vision of a sunflower growing and blooming.   As I searched the Scriptures, the following passage stood out:

Ezekiel 17:8  "It was planted in a good soil by great waters, that it might bring forth branches, and that it might bear fruit, that it might be a goodly vine."

I felt compelled to publish this immediately.  There are more passages and thoughts The Holy Spirit is bringing to mind that I will expound on later.  Let us ponder on the simplicity of this statement, though it can go very deep.  The very heart of God is that we be holy, even as He is holy (1 Peter 1:16).  Oh that His people would yield to His desires so He can bless what we do.  The world needs to see God’s people bursting forth in holiness, righteousness and power; and whosoever will, surrender their lives to Jesus.  The ultimate reward is spending eternity with Him.

Re-Igniting Christians

When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, it’s by God’s grace, the precious blood of Jesus that was shed for the remission of our sins, repentance and our faith.  At this point, the following analogy can be pondered.  The pilot light of our souls is litWe have connected to the source of life from whence we came…God Himself!  However, the Bible says He is a consuming fire.  (Deuteronomy 4:23-24 & Hebrews 12:28-29)
